How do I start a free trial?

Choose a plan on the Pricing page and register your account. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to core features.

Do I need Stripe to use RentalCrafter?

You can explore inventory, orders, and contracts without Stripe. Connecting Stripe is required before you can accept customer payments through the platform.

Can customers book and pay online?

Yes. Publish your online store, share the link, and customers can browse products. Checkout and contract signing links can be sent from individual orders.

How do I invite my team?

Account owners can invite members from Settings → Members. Role permissions and member limits depend on your subscription plan.

Is my data secure?

We use industry-standard hosting, encrypted connections, and access controls. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

What support is included with my plan?

All customers receive email support. Pro and Premium plans include priority support and faster response targets during business hours.

Can I import existing customers?

Yes. Use the customer CSV import from the Customers area to bring over names, emails, and contact details in bulk.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage billing from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. You can change plans or cancel before your next renewal date.
